We are looking for candidates with passion in crypto industry and experience in marketing, ideally with full stack marketing skill set. The successful candidate will be flexible and comfortable with market fluctuation, and proactive in learning and growing.

Responsibilities

• Adapt to day-to-day changes in social media algorithms, AI, user behavior, or community requirements and provide insights to supervisors
• Generate innovative ideas, measure impact, develop tactics and contribute to social/community strategies to engage the target audience
• Collect and understand marketing metrics and provide insights
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the crypto community

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations for improvements
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seeking opportunities to contribute to the team's goals
• Demonstrate strong learning enthusiasm in web3 marketing and crypto field
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
