Get to Know the Role

此次徵求人員為兼職人員，需具備網路設定與基本PC組裝技能

工作內容

• 電腦設備組裝與軟體安裝（需至公司場地）
• 執行設備定期性維護
• 出貨流程協助

組裝部分 Must-have ability：

• 熟悉 Ubuntu，包含系統安裝、CLI、ssh server、ftp server、網路設定與除錯
• 基本 PC 組裝與硬體除錯

MIS Knowledge：

• 監控與分析用戶回饋，產出產品優化建議
• 復現用戶回報問題，並能分析和提出解決方案
• 監控與維護服務伺服器、系統與網路
