Finance & Accounting at P&G plays a leadership role in strategy setting, decision-making, business planning and analysis across all aspects of the business. In addition, we lead Company efforts in Tax, M&A, Treasury, Corporate Strategy, Accounting and Internal Controls.

YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Manager, your work will be meaningful straight out of school. You will work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions that are responsible for a brand, a category or a channel. Within these teams, you will find strong collaboration among team members and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared. Our focus is to win as a team with everyone's strong individual contributions. You will play a role in strategy setting, decision-making, business planning, and making investment choices based on financial analysis across all aspects of the business.

WE FOCUS ON DEVELOPMENT

Early in your career, we offer a rotational assignment model where employees change assignments every 2 to 3 years. Over the course of your career, you will have the opportunity to work in different types of Finance & Accounting assignments including:

• Brand Category Finance
• Sales Finance
• Supply Chain Finance
• Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis
• Accounting /Tax/ Treasury

As you progress, you may have the opportunity to work globally – via business travel or to complete an oversea assignment somewhere else in the world.

If you prefer, after a few rotations you can also choose to “specialize” in one of the following Finance & Accounting areas and become a subject matter expert for the company. Ultimately, we want to help build the career path that is right for you.

• A commercial path to CFO and more – As a finance manager, you will play a key role in commercial leadership, including how to build a profitable, sustainable business model, how to plan and deliver KPIs to maximize shareholder return, and on daily basis, use your data analysis to create business value.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently working towards completion of a bachelor’s or above degree in an accredited university in 2023 or with 0-3 years of work experience after graduation.
• Passionate about data and analytics
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively with learning agility
• Dream to build a profitable and sustainable business
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Legally eligible to work in Taiwan
