This year what we’re looking for is Machine Learning Engineer role at the intersection of marketing, technology, data and analytics and leverage technical expertise and a strategic mindset to be successful. Machine Learning Engineer will effectively leverage various data sources, machine learning and deep learning algorithms and beyond, partnering with multiple functional teams to generate insight and actionable recommendation from data.
YOUR ROLE
- Lead Consumer Data Operation & Algorithms: Lead and design the strategy in User Operations. Apply predictive power of algorithms to enable 1:1 communication with consumer on digital marketing.
- Turn Data into Insight:
Apply thorough technical and business knowledge to feature engineering of massive datasets, exploratory data analysis, and model building to deliver accurate and impactful business insights.
- Lead Retail Big Data Algorithms:
Take methodology of simulation and modeling techniques to the retail sales environment, harvesting power of the data to maximize return and P&G spend.
- Lead and manage Innovation:
Lead and manage innovation in data science to meet emerging needs in the business (AI, IoT, new platforms, new business model, etc.)
