This year what we’re looking for is Machine Learning Engineer role at the intersection of marketing, technology, data and analytics and leverage technical expertise and a strategic mindset to be successful. Machine Learning Engineer will effectively leverage various data sources, machine learning and deep learning algorithms and beyond, partnering with multiple functional teams to generate insight and actionable recommendation from data.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead Consumer Data Operation & Algorithms: Lead and design the strategy in User Operations. Apply predictive power of algorithms to enable 1:1 communication with consumer on digital marketing.
  • Turn Data into Insight: Apply thorough technical and business knowledge to feature engineering of massive datasets, exploratory data analysis, and model building to deliver accurate and impactful business insights.  
  • Lead Retail Big Data Algorithms: Take methodology of simulation and modeling techniques to the retail sales environment, harvesting power of the data to maximize return and P&G spend.
  • Lead and manage Innovation: Lead and manage innovation in data science to meet emerging needs in the business (AI, IoT, new platforms, new business model, etc.)

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently working towards completion of a bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited university in 2022/ 2023 OR 0-3 years of work experience after graduation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Operation Research, etc.) or have equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in applying and scaling Analytic and Machine Learning techniques to deliver actionable insights from data.
  • Enjoy using Python, SQL and other scripting/programming languages to solve real-life problems.
  • Experience with large data sets and cloud computing.
  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills ability to interact with others.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Encourages and facilitates cooperation, pride, trust, and group identity; fosters commitment and team spirit; works with others to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Legally eligible to work in Taiwan.
