Job Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach new audiences.
- Manage and grow social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Plan and create creative and engaging content.
- Proactively spot trends and improve users’ engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and create reports.
- Communicate with followers, respond to comments and messages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Proven min. 1 year of working experience in Social Media Specialist or similar role, especially in beauty industry.
- Experienced in handling Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) especially in beauty industry.
- Creative in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
- Have a good communication skill, out of the box, and able to work in a fast paced company.
- Have a keen eye on design and aesthetics.
- Willing to work WFO.
- Able to join ASAP"
