Social Media Specialist
Job Description
- Mengelola social media Hotto, terutama akun Instagram @secangkir.hotto
- Mengkurasi dan mengelola user-generated content untuk report dan arsip
- Memantau dan meningkatkan visibilitas, kualitas konten dan engagement brand secara online
- Selalu selangkah lebih maju dari kompetitor dengan ide konten yang strategis dan kreatif
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan influencer dan loyal customer
- Bekerja sama erat dengan desainer dan video editor untuk mencapai target konten bulanan
- Bertanggung jawab atas pertumbuhan akun somed (Instagram), baik dari segi engagement maupun jumlah followers
Requirements
- Pengalaman min. 1-2 tahun dalam mengelola platform media sosial (IG, Twitter/X,
- Memiliki penilaian visual dan estetika yang kuat untuk konten media sosial
- Selalu up-to-date dengan tren dan isu terbaru di media sosial
- Berpikir cepat, penuh ide segar, dan mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat
- Terampil dalam membaca data dan insight media sosial
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik, tertulis maupun lisan
- Terorganisir, teliti, dan responsif
- Mampu mengambil keputusan serta mendelegasikan tugas dengan efektif
- Bersedia untuk WFO di Cipondoh, Tangerang
- Wajib menyertakan portofolio
