[Fresh Graduate] Network Operations Center Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a Mandarin Speaker with a strong background in IT to join our expanding team! This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about technology and have hands-on experience in networking and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data center operational tasks, including equipment checks, system monitoring, and routine inspections.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation of technical issues to higher-level engineers as needed.
• Monitor network, servers, and facility infrastructure (power, cooling, security systems).
• Support installation, cabling, and decommissioning of IT hardware.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, operational logs, and system status reports.
• Ensure compliance with data center operational standards, safety policies, and security protocols.
• Provide support in both English and Mandarin for coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist in scheduled maintenance activities and coordinate with other teams for system upgrades or changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in IT/data center operations or technical support.
• Good understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking basics.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work in a shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
• Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
