Our 12‑month Finance Trainee Program is designed for early‑career talent who want to become Finance Analysts today and the Finance Leaders of tomorrow.
What You Will Do
• Rotate across Financial Planning & Controlling stream
• Work on real business challenges, not simulations
• Be guided and coached by experienced Finance professionals
• Grow into a Finance Analyst role upon successful completion of the program
• Learn how digital tools, automation, and AI enable smarter decision‑making
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, curiosity and willingness to learn matter the most
Who We Are Looking For
• Recent graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience
• Background in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Curious minds who enjoy breaking down complex problems and finding solutions
• Individuals who like turning data into insights and actions
• Candidates who want to build a long‑term career, not just gain initial experience
