Responsibilities :
- Industrial relation (Diciplinary enforcement, employee termination, Bipartit, Manpower Department, etc)
- Manage day to day activities regarding Attendance (Absence, Leave, Overtime, etc) on database
- Create and Manage employee work agreement
- Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and practices that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship

Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Law
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the same position and level
- Having deep knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law including the UU Cipta Kerja
- Computer literacy (strong excel ability)
- Well-organized, decisive, has strong problem solving skills, assertive, honest,
has high level of integrity, attention to detail
- Willing to be place in Morowali (Rooster 3 Month on site and 12 days off)
