As a Management Trainee Strategic Brand & Growth Influence, you’ll be part of the team that shapes how Paragon brands move culture and create impact. You’ll explore how brands grow through influence—from storytelling, creator ecosystems, to community engagement. Collaborating with brand, digital, and partnership teams, you’ll design and execute strategies that drive both awareness and action. This role will help you learn the art of influence: how to connect hearts, shape trends, and grow business meaningfully.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines from a national or overseas university.
- Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience.
- Strong interest in FMCG marketing, brand building, consumer insights, and digital transformation.
- Understanding of end-to-end marketing processes, from strategy development to execution and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity to drive brand growth and business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
