- Plan and coordinate O/B Sales Staff aimed at achieving Lifting and Revenue target.
- Identify export markets and reporting market shift while being fully aware of competition situation at Surabaya market.
- Provide market issue, competitors activities then report regularly in sales meeting
- Manage sales team activity and oversee day to day activities
- Obtain company revenue in accordance with predetermined targets by providing information on rates, stock equipment and schedules to customer.
- Implementation of coordination related to information on the last market conditions.
- Implementation of product delivery activities to customers including sales, service and up selling and cross selling.
- Availability of reporting on marketing activities related to sales and volume obtained.
