Medical Equipment After Sales Technician

Job Description: 

• Responsible all of the communication between end user customer, distributor, and company regarding product
• Provide installation, inspection, debugging, verification, maintenance, and training
• Assist in identifying new warranty contract opportunities
• Provide consumables and spare parts ordering services to customers, and be responsible for collecting account receivable
• Protect company assets, maintain testing equipment, consumables and spare parts inventory

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English and Bahasa
• Electronic engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or other relevant major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service for ventilators is preferred
• Maximum 35 years old
• Solid basic knowledge in medical equipment
• Proficient in using schematic diagrams, system diagrams, & maintenance
• Familiar with the precautions for using different equipment in conjunction in hospital
• Good customer service awareness, strong critical thinking ability, and problem-solving ability, high self-learning, and teamwork spirit
• Self motivation, able to work flexibly in dynamic, changing, and stressful environments
