Job Description
Tanggung jawab:
- Melakukan penelitian primer dan sekunder untuk mengumpulkan data tentang target pasar, pesaing, dan kebutuhan pelanggan.
- Menganalisis tren pasar, demografi pelanggan, dan data penjualan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang dan ancaman.
- Siapkan laporan penelitian, presentasi, dan dasbor yang ringkas dan jelas.
- Membantu pengembangan survei, kelompok fokus, dan alat penelitian lainnya.
- Mendukung tim dalam pembandingan pesaing dan analisis SWOT.
- Tetap ikuti berita industri, tren pasar, dan teknologi baru.
Requirements
- Saat ini sedang menempuh pendidikan atau baru saja lulus dengan gelar di bidang Pemasaran, Bisnis, Ekonomi, Statistik, atau bidang terkait.
- Keterampilan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.
- Kemampuan dalam Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, dan alat analisis data (misalnya, Google Sheets, SPSS, atau Tableau merupakan nilai tambah).
- Keterampilan komunikasi tertulis dan verbal yang sangat baik.
- Berorientasi pada detail dengan keterampilan organisasi yang kuat.
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.
- Bersedia WFO dari Mangga Besar 5 hari seminggu
