• Provide customer support primarily through call, email, chat or other channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and delivering timely responses to customers' queries or concerns in accordance with predetermined parameters
• Resolves customer inquiries and prioritizes customer satisfaction by putting their needs first
• Demonstrate good written and communication skills in English (and other relevant languages as required), ensuring clarity, accuracy and professionalism
