As a member in product development team, you will be part of team to solve word-class data analytic challenges, reinvent the way surfacing insights from massive amounts of social media, survey data, news and industry databases, to assist our customer making data-driven business decisions.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in every stage of AI feature development, which include machine learning methodology researching, AI system design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain scalable AI solutions in a production environment.
• Develop, train, and test both supervised and unsupervised machine learning models across various tasks, from logistic regression and neural networks to clustering techniques.
• Adopt emerging technologies and methodologies in automation, data analytics, and AI.
• Debug and troubleshoot development, testing, and production issues, ensuring robust and reliable software performance.
• Maintain a high standard of quality assurance by testing and reviewing code.
• Proactively seek and explore new innovative initiatives that could benefit our technology stack and product offerings.

[Required Qualifications]
• At least three years of software industry experience owning and driving Data Science or NLP projects
• Proficient in applying machine learning techniques to natural language processing, data mining, and content discovery.
• Proficient in Python software development principles and design patterns, with an in-depth understanding of its associated ecosystems.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Familiar with Generative AI related techs including prompting engineering and fine-tuning and experienced on using OpenAI API and self-hosting models such as llama-3.
• Familiar with technologies like Tensorflow, Pytorch, SparkMLlib, and Scikit-learn
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Embrace fast iteration and MVP mindset.
• Familiar with Java programming.
• Familiar with technologies of the LLM ecosystem, such as Langchain, finetuning, etc.
• Familiar with CI/CD practices for streamlined software delivery.
• Familiar with big data processing frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark.
