Security Operations Engineer

• Operate and Maintain Security Infrastructure: Manage the daily operations and maintenance of security devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), WAF, SIEM, and others. Perform regular device inspections, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.
• Security Log Analysis & Threat Detection: Conduct security log analysis, network traffic monitoring, optimize threat detection rules, and handle false-positive filtering. Continuously enhance security detection capabilities.
• Security Monitoring Strategy & Process Improvement: Develop security monitoring strategies tailored to business needs, refine security operations processes, and improve the efficiency of threat detection and response.
• Data Security Operations & Risk Management: Oversee data security management, conduct risk assessments for specific business units, analyze abnormal behavior, and develop security policies.
• Incident Detection, Response, & Investigation: Detect, respond to, and investigate security incidents, gather evidence, and create detailed security analysis reports. Propose solutions for improvement.
• Continuous Security System Optimization: Stay updated on the latest security threats, enhance the overall security architecture, and continuously improve the organization's security posture.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, provide security compliance support, and ensure that business operations adhere to relevant security standards, laws, and regulations.

• 4+ Years of Experience in Security Operations: Proven track record in managing security infrastructure, monitoring threats, and responding to security incidents.
• Experience with Security Infrastructure: Proficient in managing and maintaining mainstream security devices, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, etc.
• Knowledge of Security Protocols & Techniques: Strong understanding of network security protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS) and cybersecurity techniques for attack and defense.
• Threat Intelligence & Log Analysis: Skilled in threat intelligence analysis, log analysis, traffic monitoring, and identifying abnormal behaviors.
• Data Security & Encryption: Familiarity with data security management, encryption technologies, and access control policies.
• Incident Response & Forensics: Experience in security incident response and forensics analysis.

Plus Points:

1. Knowledge of ethereum and other related blockchain technology principles preferred.
2. Priority for blockchain related work experience.
