CATEGORY MANAGEMENT: (5 MONTHS ASSIGNMENT) ASSIST CATEGORY MANAGERS ON “RELEVENT IN-STORE TOUCH POINT POSM DEVELOPMENT”, “MANAGEMENT OF OFP VISIT ASSETS”, “DEVELOPMENT OF CONSUMER & SHOPPER STUDY” AND “DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE TRADE ACTIVATION ACROSS CHANNELS” ESTABLISH LEARNING SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION AT THE END OF THE ASSIGNMENT. |
DISTRIBUTOR PARTNER & FIELD FORCE MANAGEMENT (2 MONTHS ASSIGNMENT) BEING AN ACTUAL FIELD FORCE, EXECUTE MONTHLY TASKS AND CREATE IMPACT IN THE FIELD. DRIVE “PERFECT STORE” IN ASSIGNED RETAIL OUTLETS. ESTABLISH LEARNING SUMMARY & RECOMMENDATION AT THE END OF THE ASSIGNMENT. |
MONTHLY CHECK-IN SESSION WITH OFP MANAGER & HR MANAGER TO ENSURE KEY MILESTONE DELIVERABLES DURING EACH ASSIGNMENT STAGE. |
Qualification
•23 Graduates/Fourth year student/Master Program
•Can work in full time. (5 Days a week)
•Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
•Passionate, disciplined and self-motived. Willing to learn, adopt, and act quickly.
