* Architect and develop backend AI-related real-time applications based on given specifications.  

* Break down feature specifications into smaller tasks and prioritize them. 

* Manage and collaborate with the team regarding task status, approaches and code standards.

* Knowledgeable on AI concepts and frameworks (ex Tensorflow, Caffee, Tourch, cuDNN)
* Strong programing skills, expert knowledge of algorithms and data structures (ex. Python, C++, .Net)
* Experience in various aspects of machine learning, natural language processing and computer vision such as classification, feature engineering, information extraction, semi and unsupervised learning.
* Proficiency in data science and statistical analysis.
* Excellent logical and analytical skills.
* Able to understand and implement scientific papers.
* Able to pick up and learn things easily and quickly.
* Proactive and very passionate about his/her work.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese combined with the ability to work in a team environment.
