Licensing Specialist(Character & Cartoons, Global Market)

[Job summary]
Assist global Character & Cartoons licensing projects, focusing on Taiwan and EMEA market.

[General Responsibilities]
1. Assist Character & Cartoons licensing projects, support in setting licensing product design directions, approval process, production tests and product launching preparation. Build strong long-term relationships with business partners.
2. Coordinate promotional programs related to licensed products, including TW KOL and media cooperation, support cross-team discussion to execute collaboration launches and grow our brand.
3. Operate both IP partners’ and the internal operational and financial system, and complete the common tasks independently.
4. Proposes and assists direct manager in market research, monitoring competition and working processes optimization.



[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent (Business/marketing field preferred)
2. Min. 2 years of related experience in business team.
3. Previous experiences in Marketing Aspects is a plus, experience in Licensing/Consumer products development is a considerable plus.
4. Ability and passion to manage licensing product development processes with clear timeline control while being detail oriented.
5. Language requirements :Excellent English communication is a must, Chinese communication is a perfect plus.
6. Highly numerical and goal-oriented mind-set.
8. Proficient in G-Suite / Microsoft office / slack is a must, experiences with project management tool Miro, Click-up and Business Intelligence tool is a perfect plus.
