- Develop Ads plan on budget for new product launches and promotional events and execute through to meet the campaign sales target.
- Work closely with optimizers to ensure day to day operation can reach sales targets.
- Produce weekly reporting of KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for growth. Communicate KPIs with key stakeholders.
- Improve the account structure with Performance Marketing Manager to adapt the latest market trends and strategies to the market.
- Propose and pilot new methodology to optimize performance marketing strategies.
- Brief and manage Ads content production to boost campaign conversion.
- Train and provide support for the new team member to prepare them for the tasks and responsibilities.
- Research the competitors’ ads on a quarterly basis to identify our competitive positioning in the market.
職務需求
- Excellent in Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Familiar with data analysis and Google Analytics
- Expert in Google Collaboration Tools (Google Doc, Sheets and Slides)
- Knowledge of the key market/region
- Intermediate level of English and Official certifications are a huge plus.
- Detail-oriented critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage time and multiple projects efficiently
- Strong organization, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
