Job Description
此職位在生產製造中扮演著關鍵重要的角色，負責根據產線需求開發與設變產線機台 。工作涉及從概念到實現的設備改良、執行產線優化實驗並收斂後報告，以及日常的機台維護與調整產線機台參數 。這項工作要求機構工程師具有優秀的問題解決能力和創造力，能夠在壓力下工作並處理多項任務以確保產線順暢 。需要有良好的溝通能力，能夠有效地與不同的團隊成員協作，並具備良好的紀錄和報告撰寫能力。
[基本職責]
1.開發設變產線機台：與生產及產品開發團隊合作，了解產線需求，評估、設計並開發設變產線機台 。依照開發需求繪製工程圖，以3D建模分析並完成發包圖檔，確保其能夠有效地支援生產線運作 。
2.執行產線優化實驗並收斂後報告：負責設計並執行產線的優化實驗，收集、紀錄並分析實驗過程中產生的數據 。確認實驗結果收斂後，提供數據分析與優化報告，以支援生產團隊的決策 。
3.機台維護：收到設備或治具時依照標準驗收，需調整時進行加工修改 。負責產線機台的定期與日常維護，確保機構符合所需，並定期檢視設變改良成效 。
4.調整產線機台參數：根據生產狀況與優化實驗的結果，調整與優化產線機台參數，確保機台穩定運作並提升生產效率 。
Requirements
[職位要求]
1.擁有機械工程相關科系的學士或碩士學位 。
2.具備一年以上設備或機構相關工作經驗；若您是應屆畢業生，我們也歡迎您附上能展現您實作能力的專題或論文成果 。
3.熟悉 3D 繪圖軟體 (我們主要使用 Inventor) 及 2D 工程圖繪製 。
4.熱愛動手實作，熟悉機械組裝、基礎加工與工具使用 。
5.具備良好的溝通能力，能清晰地表達自己的想法並與團隊有效協作 。
