[General Responsibilities]
1. Planning, executing, and promoting employee training programs and learning activities aligned with core competencies.
2. Developing digital learning content and producing/editing training videos.
3. Coordinating occupational health and safety training sessions and enrollments.
4. Providing administrative support for training logistics, including registration, payment processing, and preparation of equipment and materials.
5. Supporting Others HR project and department initiatives.
[Job Requirements]
1. 2–3 years of work experience (preferably in the HR field).
2. Proficient in video editing tools such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software; familiar with digital course tools such as Articulate is a plus.
3. Upper-intermediate English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC score of 800+ recommended.
4. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; open to sharing and continuous learning.
