[General Responsibilities]
1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share in the NOAM region.
2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
3.Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
4.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the unique selling points and value propositions of our products/services.
5.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
6.Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
7.Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and progress against targets.
[Job Requirements]
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. 2-3 years or more of relevant sales experience in retail and distribution as sales.
3.Fluent in English writing, reading, listening, and communication skills.
4.Proven work experience in overseas sales, with a focus on the North America (NOAM) market.
5.Deep understanding of the NOAM market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances.
6.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
8.Strong negotiation and closing skills.
9.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
10.Willingness to travel as needed to the NOAM region for business purposes.
