Job Description
[基本職責]
1.參與APD產品設計審查，主導全流程產品驗證, 制定相應製程的檢驗規範與標準, 建立品質文件 (PCP/SIP)；
2.承接新產品導入(NPD)品質, 參與新產品試產、技術移轉會議，分析試產問題並製作報告，確保產品能順利量產；
3.管理供應商來料(成品/半成品) 品質穩定與持續改善，主導樣品承認、來料品質監控與異常處理（輔導供應商改善)；
4.製程品質管理, 監控生產線的品質(良率), 處理生產品質異常判定 、進行根本原因分析 ,並推動跨部門的改善活動；
5.以工程角度，透過設計、分析和改進流程來預防問題，從源頭提升品質, 保證產品在整個流程中符合規範，建立與維護品質管理系統。
Requirements
[職位要求]
1.具QA品質保證,QE 品質工程, 製程整合相關經驗。
2.具三年以上加工製造業QA/QE工作經驗。
