本職位是維持公司資訊系統與網路架構穩定運作的核心角色，我們尋求一位具備專業技能與責任感的系統網路工程師，您將負責確保公司同仁、廠區設備到機房核心的順暢與安全，並在一個重視技術成長的環境中，持續精進專業。我們提供一個能發揮所長並持續學習的舞台。若您對維運穩定、高效的資訊環境充滿熱忱，也期待與團隊共同成長，歡迎加入我們。
【基本職責】
- 使用者支援與廠務維運：提供使用者端電腦軟硬體問題排查與技術支援，並協同廠務維護廠區門禁、監視器、印表機等關鍵設施
- 資訊資產管理：負責公司資訊設備的評估採購、建檔、盤點與生命週期管理，確保資產效益最大化。
- 網路與基礎設施維護：執行日常網路監控、異常診斷與故障排除，並負責機房環境、UPS電力及伺服器/網路硬體的定期巡檢與維護
Requirements
【職位要求】
- 具備紮實的電腦軟硬體知識，以及獨立的問題排查與解決能力
- 熟悉 TCP/IP 等網路基本概念，並具備 Fortinet、Aruba 或 UniFi 品牌的網路設備操作經驗
- 熟悉 Google Workspace 管理，能熟練操作管理介面並提供使用者支援
【加分項目】
- 具備 Microsoft Intune 使用或管理經驗。
- 具備 Synology DSM 系統或 VMware vSphere 操作經驗。
- 熟悉 Windows Server 及 Linux 作業系統環境。
- 具備網路規劃與建置經驗
