Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the data analysis team, providing guidance on methodologies, tools, and

best practices.

• Define data strategy and analytics roadmap aligned with business and product objectives.

• Oversee data collection, integration, and governance across multiple sources, ensuring data

accuracy, consistency, and security.

• Drive advanced analytics initiatives, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and

experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).

• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define KPIs and build scalable

tracking frameworks.

• Deliver strategic insights and executive-level reports to support decision-making and

business growth.

• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, user experience, and operational

efficiency through data-driven insights.

• Establish and optimize dashboards, reporting systems, and data visualization standards.

• Promote a data-driven culture across the organization and enhance data literacy among

stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,

Mathematics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial

role.

• Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.

• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and analytical frameworks.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to

senior leadership.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing

team.

• Experience in software, technology, or internet industries is preferred.

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts or experience working with data science teams is

a plus.
