Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining product features, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer and business needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the Agile process and ensure that each product release delivers maximum value
  • Own and manage the product backlog, clearly expressing product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into actionable user stories and features.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders (business, customers, management) and the development team.
  • Ensure features are delivered with a clear focus on performance, scalability, usability, and security.
  • Continuously refine and adjust the product roadmap based on customer feedback, data analysis, and changing business needs.
  • Define and track product KPIs to measure success post-release.
  • Advocate for best practices in Agile methodology within the team.
  • Make thoughtful decisions on trade-offs between scope, time, and cost.

Requirements

Job Requirements 職務要求:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience working closely with software development teams.
  • Excellent skills in backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business terms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Native in Mandarin and Intermediate level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
   中文母語、英文聽說讀寫中等

● Knowledge of web design principles like Figma, Adobe XD, or HTML & CSS is a plus.
   了解Figma、Adobe XD 或HTML & CSS 等網頁設計原理者佳。

● Passionate about sports campaigns or events is a plus.
   對運動或賽事充滿熱情者加分。
