Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including networking events, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications 

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or headhunting in Software Development Industry.
• Solid understanding of technical roles such as software engineers, data engineers, and IT professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
