Senior Graphic Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Graphic Designer to join Round Bytes. This role will work together with designers and website programmer to support the design and development of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and developers to understand project requirements and goals.
- Utilize proficiency in the Figeting team and developers to understand project RMA, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) to create visually appealing and cohesive website designs (knowledge about Jitter, Framer, Spline, and Lottie is a bonus point).
- Apply knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX, and responsive design to produce engaging user experiences.
- Develop innovative and unique design concepts, incorporating brand elements effectively to create visually appealing graphics, animations, and multimedia content.
- Clearly communicate design choices, collaborating seamlessly with team members, developers, and clients to meet project requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing design assets, ensuring consistency across various platforms and mediums
Requirements
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Bahasa.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of web design projects.
- Understanding of web design principles, UI/UX, and responsive design.
- Effective communication and meticulous attention to detail ensure high-quality designs are delivered through collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and interest in product design, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
