Responsibilities:

- Collaborate seamlessly with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, leading design integration into development. Additionally, spearhead developing and maintaining a robust design system for consistency and scalability. Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable design strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations, bringing new ideas to the team and advocating for their implementation where appropriate.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and demonstrating expertise in user-centered design.
- In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), HTML, and CSS.
- Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a design team.
- Expertise in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts and strategies effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
