職缺描述

• 尋找台灣/國際創新產品，分析市場和產品趨勢，並推廣到香港/台灣市場
• B2B合作開發，處理供應商合約/合作問題
• 把關商品品質、確保利潤水平、定價、交期都能符合消費者期待及公司規範
• 跨部門合作溝通，確保即時完成商品上線前的所有安排
• 使用專案管理系統，管理、追蹤專案與個人工作進度

【工作時間】

• 每周一至周五 10:00-19:00 (午休1小時)，30分鐘彈性上下班
• 每周2日彈性遠端工作 (須視工作表現)

Job Description

• Sourcing creative products, analyze market trends, and promote the products to Hong Kong/Taiwan market
• B2B business development including dealing with vendor contract and collaboration related issues
• Make sure product quality, profits, price setting, delivery timeline can fit our cooperate regulations
• Cross-team cooperation and communication, make sure project can launch on time
• Using project management system to manage project schedule and personal schedule
• Incentive program monthly
• Welcome new graduates with passion over creativity and E-commerce

【Working Hour】

• 10:00-19:00 from Monday to Friday (1hr lunch break), with 30mins of flexible commuting time
• Work from home for 2 days weekly (depending on job performance)

職務需求

• 不害怕陌生溝通，並能用積極的態度面對挑戰
• 數字敏感、思維邏輯清晰，能使用Excel、PPT等Office軟體
• 良好的中英文書面及口頭溝通能力，能與內外部合作及跨國團隊溝通
• 注重細節、有條理及有同時處理多個任務、能夠獨立掌握進度
• 能夠有彈性、快速地調整工作方向

【加分條件】

• 具有電子商務/採購實務經驗，包含選品、銷售計畫規劃、進銷存管理，了解電子商務業務內容及操作模式
• 了解電子商務零售市場趨勢、產品開發與採購流程相關資訊
• 對於募資或新創企業有了解

Job Requirement

• Not afraid of communication and cold calling, and able to face challenge with active attitude
• Be sensitive about numbers, and able to use Office software (including but not limited to Excel/PPT)
• The ability of paper and verbal communication with both Mandarin and English is a must, and able to manage to cooperate with internal/external teams across the world
• Be detail-oriented, capable of handling multi-tasking and work independently
• Having the flexibility to fit with high-speed business culture

【This will be a plus】

• Having experience in E-commerce or buyer job fulfillment, including product selection, sales plan, or inventory management.
• Acknowledge of E-commerce market trend or business development
• Interested into crowdfunding
