Marketing Executive

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with school objectives
2. Plan and manage monthly social media content in collaboration with Central Office (CO)
3. Create, edit, and publish engaging content across digital platforms
4. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and school messaging
5. Collaborate with Marketing and CO to deliver campaigns that drive leads and performance
6. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for content production
7. Manage end-to-end production (concept, script, scheduling, and execution)
8. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
9. Oversee development of marketing materials with the Brand & Design team
10. Support Admissions initiatives, including email marketing via HubSpot
11. Provide content for lead nurturing and communication journeys
12. Handle Oracle administration for Marketing & Admissions (M&A)
13. Document school events through photo and video content
14. Support basic graphic design needs for marketing activities

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or administration
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Good project management and execution skills
- Familiarity with social media tools and content platforms
