(Senior) Finance Executive 會計專員

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will act as a specialist in daily accounting activities from bookkeeping to reporting of TW entity. Closely works with Accounting Supervisor with various functions (mainly focus on AR and partial general account management)on a day-to-day basis.

• Be responsible for E-GUI issuance and optimization of the billing process
• Work with tax advisor for filling regulation (401, withholding tax filling...)
• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entry preparation and posting during the month and at close of the month.
• Prepare month-end closing reports
• Prepare annual audit materials and cooperate with external auditors.
• Engage in continuous improvement of process to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency of operational accounting functions
• Support Ad hoc tasks as per business needs

• 3-4 years of experience in related functions (in-house with independent closing experience will be a plus)
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency with Excel, numbers, and high attention to detail.
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and motivated individual with solid analytical and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with E-GUI/accounting system integration will be a plus.
