Job Description

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description

  • Ensure the success of key brands on Shopee platform, including driving Revenue and smooth operation
  • Educate brands on Shopee features, Shopee promotional campaigns, and market insights
  • Implement campaigns for brands, analyse and report their performance
  • Support in developing and executing strategies to drive brand performance, ensuring alignment with GMV and operational targets
  • Track and review brand performance metrics frequently, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams, including inventory planning, commercial, and marketing, to align on strategies
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site strategies to maximize brand visibility and conversion
  • Address questions and resolve issues raised by brands or internal teams promptly, ensuring win-win solutions
  • Work with brands to plan long-term growth strategies, including category expansion and new product launches
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or having less than one year of experience in related fields.
  • Good at planning, analytical skills, and execution, can work with brands to plan & achieve monthly/yearly commercial targets
  • Strong communication skills, able to prepare, lead, and present in meetings with sellers
  • Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of business leaders and stakeholders and present both over the phone and in person
  • Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
