Seller Performance - Seller Pricing Project Associate - Shopee

• Monitor price competitiveness: maintain tracker and monitor price competitiveness closely; work closely with Business Intelligence (BI) to make necessary data & tracker adjustments;
• Collaborate cross-functionally: work with business development (BD), BI, and Product teams to execute pricing actions;
• Assist in driving seller adoption and engagement for pricing-related tools & features via data analysis and solution development & execution;
• Analyze & improve performance via data-driven analysis to refine pricing strategies and enhance seller engagement;
• Manage E2E workflow with 3rd party vendors, including contract management, paperwork handling, and resolution of ad-hoc operational issues, while managing workload distribution and daily operations for a large team of third-party staff performing business development administrative tasks related to pricing;
• Work closely with Local and Regional Product to roll out new features in Vietnam and provide feedback loops to Regional teams for seamless seller/user experience;
• Identify seller needs & feature enhancement opportunity and discuss with Product regarding feature development/improvement;
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience;
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses;
• Passion for creating highly usable and thorough dashboards/visualizations;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude;
• Advanced Excel skills with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots;
• Critical thinking, multitasking & creative thinking;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders;
• Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
