Job Description
- Responsible for customer development in the assigned area for ShopeeFood and Ocha products. / Phụ trách phát triển khách hàng tại khu vực được phân công cho các sản phẩm ShopeeFood và Ocha.
- Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term. / Phân tích dữ liệu để lập kế hoạch và xây dựng chiến lược cho đội nhóm trong ngắn hạn và dài hạn.
- Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the targeted goals. / Dẫn dắt đội ngũ xây dựng kế hoạch và triển khai chiến lược nhằm đạt các mục tiêu đề ra.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of products. / Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo hoạt động vận hành của sản phẩm diễn ra hiệu quả.
- Responsible for managing, recruiting, training the business development team. / Quản lý, tuyển dụng và đào tạo đội ngũ phát triển kinh doanh.
- Regularly and business development staff visit the shops in the area, understand the actual situation. / Thường xuyên cùng nhân viên phát triển kinh doanh đi thị trường, ghé thăm cửa hàng trong khu vực để nắm bắt tình hình thực tế.
- Prepare reports on work results at the request of superiors. / Lập và gửi báo cáo kết quả công việc theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Perform other tasks as required. / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công.
Requirements
- University degree or above majoring in: Business Administration, Marketing, … / Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành: Quản trị Kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- At least 03 years of experience in Sales, experience specializing in connecting with restaurant chains/brands in the F&B market. / Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Sales; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với chuỗi nhà hàng/thương hiệu trong ngành F&B.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in business development in the field of E-commerce, E-wallet. / Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực Thương mại điện tử, Ví điện tử.
- Able to withstand high pressure. / Có khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
- Agility, adaptability and good teamwork. / Nhanh nhạy, linh hoạt và có khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
- Good management, negotiation and presentation skills. / Có kỹ năng quản lý, đàm phán và thuyết trình tốt.
- High sense of responsibility at work. / Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point). / Sử dụng thành thạo các ứng dụng Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Search, process, analyze information and make decisions. / Có khả năng tìm kiếm, xử lý, phân tích thông tin và ra quyết định.
- Planning and managing change. Task management and time management. / Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, quản lý sự thay đổi, quản lý công việc và quản lý thời gian.
