Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven PMO to manage and optimize content initiatives for cross-border sellers, with a strong focus on livestream operations and seller content performance. This role will play a critical part in driving traffic, engagement, and conversion through structured planning, execution, and performance tracking.

 

1. Livestream Management for Shopee Global Account (CBOA Account)

  • Develop monthly and weekly livestream plans aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and allocate livestream budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Oversee end-to-end operations of livestream sessions, ensuring smooth execution
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, GMV, engagement)
  • Drive monetization by following up on package selling and revenue generation from sellers
  • Ensure high operational standards across 900+ livestream hours per month

 

2. Livestream Management (MCN-operated Sessions)

  • Collaborate with MCN partners to plan and execute livestream schedules
  • Manage performance tracking for MCN-led sessions
  • Ensure alignment on campaign objectives, content quality, and seller priorities
  • Monitor session performance and provide actionable insights for optimization

 

3. Seller Content Performance Management (Cross-border Sellers)

  • Track and drive seller participation in livestream activities
  • Monitor seller video content output and performance
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve content productivity and quality
  • Work closely with internal teams to push seller adoption of content initiatives
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders

 

4. Price Bidding Project Management

  • Drive adoption of pricing and bidding tools/programs among CB sellers
  • Support rollout of pricing strategies and campaign initiatives
  • Monitor pricing competitiveness and campaign participation
  • Identify gaps and execute actions to improve adoption and impact

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in PMO, e-commerce, content operations, or related roles
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
  • Experience in livestream, content ecosystem, or seller management is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Experience working with cross-border sellers or e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with MCN operations and influencer/content ecosystems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
