Job Description
- Review and identify opportunities to enhance platform performance
- Perform end-to-end research, from hypothesis generation, performing primary and secondary research, synthesizing data to extract key insights.
- Initiate changes and conduct deep-dive analysis for C2C RM KPI and Managed Seller selection criteria based on platform strategic growth direction
- Develop and lead practical and actionable projects, programs and recommendations that will dictate strategic directions of organization.
- Monitor progress of initiatives and ensure that targets and deliverables are met
- Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in hand
- Stay ahead of the curve on developments and trends within the e-Commerce industry, especially with regard to seller management
Requirements
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with numbers and conducting analyses
- At least 3-6 years work experience in data analytics, marketing, project management, or strategy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or related fields
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Result oriented, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about learning and high curiosity for e-commerce industry
- Self-motivated individuals with high ownership and proactiveness
