The PMO, Organizational Excellence lead is responsible for driving cross-functional organizational initiatives that strengthen leadership alignment, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness in line with business direction and priorities. This role acts as a central coordinator and execution owner for key strategic programs, including leadership immersion trips, management workshops, company-wide initiatives, leadership communications, and employee well-being improvement projects, while closely collaborating with People teams to enhance organisational excellence across the business.
1. Organizational Excellence & Development
- Drive organization-wide initiatives that strengthen cross-functional collaboration, leadership alignment, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Translate business priorities into structured organizational programmes that improve how teams communicate, collaborate, and execute together.
- Identify organizational challenges through employee feedback, operational observations, and stakeholder discussions, and translate them into actionable improvement programmes.
- Partner with functional leaders and People teams to design and implement sustainable organisational improvements that support long-term business objectives.
- Track programme impact and recommend continuous improvements. Provide leadership with clear updates on programme progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions required.
2. Leadership Alignment & Engagement Programmes
- Lead organization-wide leadership initiatives that reinforce strategic direction, organizational culture, and execution excellence, including management workshops, immersion programmes, leadership forums, offsites, and strategic communication sessions.
- Ensure programmes are designed to drive learning, alignment, decision-making, and culture-building outcomes, beyond event execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure key actions and outcomes are translated into business execution.
- Capture insights, recommendations, and follow-up actions to maximise programme impact.
