【Job Summary】

This is an exciting opportunity at a Global Unified Commerce enabler providing SaaS solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for deep-diving into data and providing actionable insights to facilitate better strategic decision-making.

【What you will be doing】

  • Deliver Insights: Provide data-driven insights to internal commercial teams, addressing a wide range of business questions and needs.
  • Business Logic & Metrics: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business to drive the analysis of operating and tracking metrics
  • Dashboard Development: Build metrics dashboards to track and monitor platform performance and progress.
  • Reporting: Create analytical reports to provide deep dives into key topics, enabling better decision-making to solve business problems.
  • Proactive Exploration: Proactively explore complex datasets to uncover valuable insights and identify potential issues.
  • Data Culture: Promote and foster a data-driven mindset within the company.

【 Who we are looking for 】

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting data analysis and utilizing analytic/visualization tools to drive decision-making.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills are a must; proficiency in Python or R (Web Scraping, ML, NLP) is a plus.
  • BI Tools: Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to transform numbers into compelling stories.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
