· Serve as a focal point of contact for customer on aircraft status monitoring
· Oversight of Aircraft Maintenance Schedule tasks and Aircraft Defect expiry
· Attends and chairs daily Production Input Meeting (PIM) with customers
· Plan accepted tasks and generate a 24-hour finalized work plan
· Review and acceptance of ad hoc work input and recalibrate daily work plan
· Ensure timely execution of all critical tasks for flight
· Engage customers for alternate maintenance ground time for last minute aircraft changes
· Identify and update spares part number and next recommended actions for troubleshooting aircraft defects per aircraft maintenance manual
· Follow up on delay recommendations from customer
· Liaise and collaborate with customer representatives to update information for clearing of aircraft defects
· Internal point of contact to advise on aircraft serviceability status for aircraft rotation
· Carry out any other duties as assigned by Maintenance Planning Manager or Vice President Maintenance Ops & Planning
· Graduate with a degree in any engineering discipline or at least 2 years of work experience as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
· Team player with good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
· Related working experience in maintenance and servicing of aircraft systems and components and familiarity with Line Maintenance work environment would be advantageous
· Expected to work in shifts
