- Design, develop compelling and performant web applications
- Continuously explore, learn and apply the latest industry best practices, design patterns, tools, and technologies
- Architect stable, maintainable, and reusable front-end systems
Requirements
- Solid foundation of in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML and CSS fundamentals
- Solid foundation, and a keen interest in React.js and the ecosystem around it
- Enthusiastic about UI/UX and product design
- Good cross-team communication skills
- Self-managed, proactive work style
Good to haves
- Experience working with designers and communicate through Figma
- Any infrastructure as code framework (AWS CDK, Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Any CI/CD pipeline (Github Actions, CircleCI, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.)
- GraphQL with Apollo Client
- Unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha
- Integration testing frameworks such as Cypress
- Worked in an agile environment, we derive a lot of our methodologies from Shape Up

About us
The last 150 years have seen engineering and architecture projects grow increasingly sophisticated. Many people are involved in different stages of the project lifecycle, from the initial planning to construction and maintenance. However, one thing is common across them all: data.
Skand’s vision is to bring spatial data to everyone. We achieve this by creating a platform that allows users to manage, visualize, and share their data. It is becoming adopted by more and more industries, with clients such as Crown Casino, Melbourne Metro, and Veris, to name a few.
We deal with incredibly diverse datasets, from PDFs and images to CADs, photogrammetry meshes, and point clouds that can be hundreds of gigabytes large.
