Amazon Global Inventory and Shipping Specialist 亞馬遜國際電商管理專員 (Work From Home)

We are looking for new Amazon Inventory and Shipping Specialists for the targeted marketplaces. This role plays an essential part in facilitating the operation and managing the logistics for global marketplaces.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and monitor deliveries, shipments, and logistical arrangements down to each individual product.

• Delivery timeline tracking and reporting
• Inventory movement tracking
• Shipment invoice checking

Develop business relationships with vendors, carriers, and 3PL warehouses.

Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, and procedural efficiency.

Create and maintain the product detail pages for Amazon marketplaces.

Manage product compliance for each global country

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.

Ability to receive, inventory, and/or deliver goods.

• Integrity to take ownerships and learn from mistakes
• Able to work independently
• Proficiency in English reading and writing
• Self-Driven and Detail Oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google sheets
• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability to pick up new skills promptly and proactively
• Clear and efficient communication skills
• Willingness to be trained and able to stick to the instructions

Basic knowledge on 3PL operation is a plus.

Experience for processing vendor orders with Amazon and Walmart, eBay, etc is a plus.

ERP, WMS, TMS, or Netsuite inventory management experience will be an added advantage.
