Manager Auditor

• Think strategically about client needs by understanding their business and key risks.
• Manage and serve clients.
• Provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality Audit & Assurance Services.
• Achieve team and individual budgets and business plan/performance objectives.
• Participants in the development of ways to meet client needs contribute to proposal delivery.
• Identifying ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value.
• Monitor and control team productivity.

• Degree in Accounting (minimum S1) from a recognized university with GPA > 3.00.
• Have experience as an auditor from reputable accounting firms for a minimum of 6 years (of which the last of two years are in a similar role or position).
• Holding a CPA or other professional certification is advantageous.
• Work in detail and technical competence in the updated PSAK/IFRS, current auditing standards and the relevant new taxation, commercial or OJK rules.
• Have experience using data analysis software and are familiar with risk-based audit tools and methodology.
• Show strong commitment in quality, result-oriented, excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
• English communication is a must, and a Mandarin speaker (or any other foreign language) is highly preferred.
