We'll be responsible for establishing teams in key regions, understanding their unique needs, developing effective market strategies, and driving significant business growth internationally.

Job Objective

Responsible for crafting and executing the regional business growth strategy and day-to-day operations.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the regional business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional business growth strategy and daily operational plans, including setting sales targets, executing campaigns, and optimizing automation user journey.

Collaborate closely with Product, Talent, and Engineering teams to ensure the smooth operation and efficient execution of regional business.

Collaborate with the product team to provide regional market insights and feedback to optimize user experience.

Monitor and analyze regional market business data and propose improvement suggestions based on the analysis.

Requirements

2-3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce or Platform products (e.g., social platforms, content platforms, e-commerce platforms).

Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of SQL and Basic Statistics.

Understanding of basic digital marketing and advertising concepts.

Good Chinese & English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in using Mixpanel, SQL, and Google Sheets.

Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with the culture and business environment of specific regional markets(HK, SG, MY).
