現在進行的專案是要建構出一個跟醫療有關的軟體。

這個應用程式會管理並且追蹤慢性病患者的情況。我們目前的合作夥伴有國內知名醫療機構單位合作(有興趣私訊會告訴你)，將來的目標是一步一步談定合作，以及醫療研究人員團隊合作。

我們打算為醫生提供 居家護理的方案。目前的階段是持續建構支持團隊的資料，還有為我們夥伴提供分析的服務。

第一步 是透過大數據分析資料，提供醫生精準數據，支持它們的研究。
第二階段提供醫生與病人的 溝通管道，縮短就診流程，提升就醫的服務品質，再開發後續的服務。

Our mission is to improve patient wellbeing and healthcare outcomes.

We're a startup at the beginning of a long journey.

We're not rushing to raise and spend investor money on hollow perks.

We believe people should own the product of their work, and we want everyone doing the long-term work on this project to have meaningful ownership stakes in the company. We're offering staff way more equity than is standard in startups. This doesn't mean we're expecting anyone to work for free* -- base salaries are good.

*except our CEO. CEO works for free.  😂

We are an early-stage startup. Our team of 10 is a mix of full-time and part-time. We work remote, coordinate over coda.io and Google Meet sessions a few times a week, and gather in person 1-2x weekly. 

• We have an office in National YangMing ChiaoTung University's Incubation Center at the YangMing Campus (Taipei -Beitou District). 
• We have shared meeting space in Taipei - ZhongShan District 
• We use also use 小樹屋 ('thehapp') as needed as well, or restaurants when we meet with our collaborating Doctors.

The  1-2x/week in-person meetings in Taipei are important; the rest of the work is remote, and has a high level of flexibility and independence. We aren't worried about which hours we work, we're just committed to ourselves and each other to accomplish our goals every week.
