The Accounting Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily transactions, and supporting the finance team during month-end and year-end closings. This role involves managing international transactions and supporting capital-related activities.
會計專員負責維護準確的財務記錄、處理日常交易，並在月結及年結期間提供支援。此職位亦包含處理國際貿易往來與協助公司增資等資本活動。
Key Responsibilities | 主要職責
- International Transactions & Payments | 國際交易與貨款處理:
- Handle cross-border transactions and international payments, including wire transfers and LC (Letter of Credit). 處理進出口及國內外跨境交易，包含國際電匯、信用狀等支付作業。
- Manage foreign currency exchange reconciliations and monitor exchange rate fluctuations.
管理外匯帳務核銷，並監控匯率波動對帳務之影響。
- Capital & Funding Support | 增資與融資支援:
- Assist in the documentation and accounting procedures for investor capital injections (capital increases). 協助處理投資人增資之相關文件準備及會計帳務處理。
- Coordinate with legal or secretarial teams for statutory filings related to capital changes.
配合法務或工商代理部門，處理與資本額變更相關的法定申報。
- AP & AR Management | 應收/應付帳款管理:
- Manage full-cycle AP/AR and ensure timely reconciliation of vendor and client accounts.
管理應收/應付帳款全流程，並確保供應商與客戶帳務之準確對帳。

- Compliance & Tax | 合規與稅務:
- Prepare VAT and corporate tax filings; ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus) | 加分項目:
- Experience in cross-border/international trade and foreign exchange handling. 具備國內對國外交易及外匯處理經驗者優佳。
- Experience in handling capital injection/increase procedures with investors. 有處理過投資人增資流程及帳務者優佳。
- Familiarity with international payment methods and collection processes. 熟悉國際貨款支付與催收流程者優佳。
