Requirements
主要職責：
- 策略規劃和執行：規劃並執行創新的行銷策略，提高品牌認知、吸引目標客戶並促進業務增長。
- 廣告操作和優化：具有豐富的Facebook Ads和Google Ads等相關數位廣告操作經驗，能夠設計、執行和優化廣告活動以達到最佳的投資回報率。
- 數據分析：利用數據分析工具來衡量行銷活動的效果，並根據數據洞察不斷優化行銷策略。
- 軟體應用與自動化：熟悉並能夠有效使用 Intercom, HotSpot, Salesforce, FreshSales或Zendesk等流行的行銷和客戶關係管理軟體，以提高團隊效率和客戶滿意度。
- 內容和社群經營：創建吸引人的數位內容，特別是短影音，通過社群媒體和其他線上平台建立和維護活躍的品牌社群。
- 團隊協作和溝通：與跨功能團隊緊密合作，包括產品、設計和技術團隊，以確保行銷活動與公司整體目標和品牌信息保持一致。
資格要求：
- 擁有相關領域的學士學位。
- 具有5年以上行銷相關工作經驗。
- 具有實務操作經驗，熟悉主流的廣告平台和行銷軟體工具。
- 出色的溝通和協調能力，能夠在多元化的團隊環境中有效工作。
- 具有良好的分析思維和問題解決能力，能基於數據做出明智的決策。
