Requirements
主要職責：
- 設計前期：
- 進行市場與用戶研究，了解消費者需求和行業趨勢。
- 建立用戶角色，繪製互動旅程圖。
- 與團隊確認產品功能需求和業務目標。
- 草擬產品介面的初步設計和低擬真原型。
- 設計中期：
- 參與設計的迭代過程，根據用戶回饋優化設計。
- 根據設計系統，創建高品質且一致的視覺元素以確保一致性與專業性。
- 製作高擬真原型並組織用戶測試活動。
- 設計後期：
- 參與產品的內部封閉測試，確保產品達到設計標準。
- 準備產品上市所需的各類宣傳資料和使用說明。
- 上市後蒐集用戶反饋，分析並提出改善建議。
- 與行銷、業務和客服部門緊密合作，確保產品順利推廣和消費者支援
我們期待您具備（加分項目）：
- 對電商有極大興趣。
- 對UI/UX設計充滿熱情。
- 能夠獨立思考，同時樂於接受和運用AI等新技術來改善工作流程。
- 良好的溝通和團隊合作能力。
- 熟悉設計思維和用戶中心設計原則。
- 有能力處理多重任務和在壓力下工作。
- 熟悉敏捷開發。
- 熟練專案管理軟體，如Jira, Asana。
- 熟悉設計和原型製作工具，如Adobe, Figma等。
- 對MUI（Material-UI）有所了解和使用經驗。
- 具備動態廣告設計與短影音製作的實戰經驗。
