Architect, refine, and continuously improve our systems in partnership with other engineers, implementing best practices to elevate the engineering team’s overall productivity and development experience.
Optimize applications across the stack for speed, scalability, and reliability, ensuring a seamless experience for users across all components.
Stay updated on the latest trends in full stack development, actively bringing new ideas and improvements to our processes.
Identify and address technical debt or other barriers to team efficiency, implementing effective solutions to enhance performance.
Support and troubleshoot production issues across multiple services and layers of the stack as needed.
Requirements
【Required Skills】
Solid technical expertise with 4+ years in Full Stack and API development, working within agile software development teams.
Proficient in JavaScript; experience with TypeScript is a plus.
Hands-on experience with React (Next.js), TailwindCSS, and state management tools like Redux or Zustand, as well as data-fetching libraries such as TanStack Query or SWR.
Strong production experience with SQL and Python.
A strong sense of product ownership, with proven ability to take projects from initial concept through to delivery independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for conveying technical information in clear, understandable terms.
Strong problem-solving abilities and skill in diagnosing complex technical challenges.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with the flexibility to navigate ambiguity and deliver on goals.
